CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Date: 17-03-2026
Cruise bookings are subject to strict cancellation policies set by cruise operators. Navós Waterways acts as a facilitator and applies these policies on behalf of our guests. We strongly recommend reviewing the applicable cruise line’s terms prior to booking.
- All cancellations are governed by the policies of the respective cruise operator
- Applicable terms are communicated to guests prior to and at the time of booking
- Navós Waterways does not impose independent cancellation policies beyond those of the cruise operator
Cruise cancellations typically follow a time-based penalty structure, where cancellation charges increase proportionally as the departure date approaches. Specific penalty slabs will be provided at the time of booking and are set exclusively by the cruise operator.
- Refunds are processed in accordance with cruise operator timelines and policies
- Navós Waterways service fees are generally non-refundable
- Refund processing times may vary depending on the operator and payment method
Failure to board the vessel at the designated time and embarkation point without prior notification will result in 100% cancellation charges as stipulated by the cruise operator.
Any amendments to confirmed cruise bookings — including cabin upgrades, itinerary changes, or passenger substitutions — are subject to cruise operator approval and may attract applicable penalties or fare adjustments.
Disruptions arising from weather, port restrictions, maritime authority decisions, health emergencies, or other events beyond reasonable control will be handled in accordance with the relevant cruise operator's force majeure policy. Navós Waterways shall not be held liable for disruptions, losses, or expenses arising from such events.
