By booking a cruise through Navós Waterways, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the terms of the applicable cruise operator's ticket contract.

Navós Waterways is a cruise curator and travel intermediary. We do not own, operate, or manage cruise vessels, ports, or any related infrastructure. All onboard services, itineraries, and operations are the exclusive responsibility of the respective cruise operator.

• All bookings are subject to the cruise operator's ticket contract, which constitutes the primary agreement
• Itineraries are subject to change without prior notice due to weather, port conditions, or operational requirements
• Cabin allocation, category upgrades, and bed configurations are subject to cruise operator availability and discretion

• Prices are subject to availability and may change prior to final booking confirmation
• Applicable taxes, port charges, gratuities, and government levies may vary by destination and are subject to change
• Currency fluctuations may impact pricing for international cruise bookings

Guests are solely responsible for ensuring:

• Valid passport with a minimum of six months' validity beyond the cruise travel dates
• Appropriate visas and entry permits for all ports of call on the itinerary
• Compliance with health, vaccination, and quarantine requirements at each destination
• Timely arrival at the embarkation port — the vessel will not be held for late arrivals

Navós Waterways shall not be liable for:

• Itinerary changes, port substitutions, or delays caused by cruise operators
• Onboard service standards, dining, entertainment, or cabin conditions
• Missed embarkation due to late arrival by the guest
• Loss of property, personal injury, illness, or damages sustained during the voyage
• Events beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure

Comprehensive travel insurance — including medical, cancellation, and missed embarkation cover — is strongly recommended for all cruise bookings. Navós Waterways shall not be responsible for losses that would have been covered by adequate travel insurance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Including this consent checkbox on all booking and enquiry forms makes these policies legally enforceable and protects Navós Waterways in the event of disputes.
